Our Mission & Values

We established Reboot Resolve to help organisations, teams, families and individuals to resolve conflict and improve communication.

Although many people react to conflict by withdrawing or avoiding, we see conflict as an opportunity. If you can find the right words, time and place to have a conversation it is our experience that most situations involving conflict can be improved and each experience can teach important lessons.

Our Approach

We approach working with our clients in a non-judgemental way, offering the benefit of our experience and training but without making you feel criticised or forced to do something you are not comfortable with.

Our services are customised and responsive to your specific situation. Other companies use a ‘cookie cutter’ approach only offering a single structure or way or working. We prefer to discuss your situation and goals and work in a way that will get you the outcomes you are looking for.

Our training sessions are customised and interactive. This allows for practical use of the skills and tools in the course (not just interesting theory that you never use).

The way we facilitate mediations allows parties to reflect on the way a situation is affected them, to get clear on what they want and how this can happen, then work on a plan to move forward.

Our Team

We are a multi-disciplinary group of mediators and trainers, highly experienced in many areas of conflict and relationship management.
